Implemented and expanded a healthcare-focused employer social responsibility initiative across Florida in collaboration with community and state colleges. The program began with a pilot in a high-unemployment, majority-minority county, offering training in in-demand healthcare occupations to address workforce needs. Within a year, it expanded regionally to three counties and now operates statewide across six counties, in partnership with colleges, amplifying its impact on residents, employers, communities, and the state’s economy.
